I have a avital 2200 that I am going to install in my '95 bonneville. My question how could I (Or is it possible) to make my "optional accessory output" roll up my windows?

You need to purchase the window roll up module(s). Wire in the module to the windows and have the Avital control the activation wire from the modules.

These are designed for type A systems ( which the Pontiac is ) and can be purcahsed through any shop that deals with alarms/remote starters or online. Just do a search through google or eBay. Expect to pay around $ 15.00 - $ 30 depending on what brand you go with.
