I have a Clifford 3.5 installed in my 2002 Mustang GT. Recently, the remote will not send commands to the system to arm/disarm. But, it will receive pages (i.e. valet mode notification). Does anybody have any ideas on the possible causes?

Try reprogramming your remote.

How? I have both the installation and owner's guides and neither really say how. I even tried to re-sync the code-hopping feature.

Turn the ignition forward and press the valet button once then hold.   When you hear the alarm chirp, press the lock button on your remote.  Release the valet button turn off the ign.  This should do it.

unplug both ends of the antenna, then plug them both back in.

That still didn't help.  The remote will recieve the pages from the unit.  It just won't send commands back.
