I know this isent a relay question, but I couldn't find where else to ask it. Where do you guys buy diodes from and what type, are there different grades of diodes or is a diode a diode? I am asking because they are used for Diode Isolating Ground out When Running wires.

I got mine from my suppliers . Radio shack doesn't sell them anymore. You can try your local alarm installation shop.

The important things to consider for your diode application is the current rating needed to safely operate, and the working voltage required in the circuit.

Knowledge is power. But only if you apply that knowledge in a positive way, which promotes positive results in others.

I get mine from MOUSER or Radio Shack.

Radio Shack still has them in the Drawers.

Any TV Repair Shop can supply you with one.
