The only other thing is that the output on the VIOLET wire is not strong enough to trigger the module. In this case wire in a relay to boost the (-) from the VIOLET wire to the relay and have the output of the relay go to the module.

Ok, I got the windows to roll up with arm, had to use two relays. But, I'm having another issue. Everything works ok for awhile and then the windows stop rolling up on arm. They still roll down when I hit aux I... I was wondering, and just for fun I disconnected the battery and reconnected it, miraculously the windows roll up on arm again. Any ideas? Something else I also noticed: when the alarm stops rolling up the windows, I now have to hit the aux channel button twice to get the windows to roll down... could that be related? one final question, i noticed if i roll the windows down with the remote, they will not rollup when I arm the car that time, until the car has been turned off and on again? is this normal?? thanks for the help

When you remove the battery cable, do you reprogram the AUX channel ? Also, have you tested the starter disable wire for (-) when armed ? Just want to make sure that you know what the problem is. Sometimes the window modules gives feedback into the trigger wire causing an error in the window module and making it stop prematurely.

No, didn't reprogram the AUX channel, as it works without reprogramming... The starter disable wire (violet right?) apparently wasn't putting out a strong enough signal to activate the window modules, that's why relays were used... ideas??
