Think I did it, This is a cut-away view of the box. Its 6.75" deep, 2ftx4ft, internal port volumn equaled 2cf. I filled with poly fill till' it sounded right (alot of prying and nailing the front panel back and forth)

Ok, I guess I have had my head so far up a GPS receivers backside to even know about these until I looked in here and wondered what brand of Boxes a T-Line is...wow!

Alright So went a bit over board when I decided to build one.....I used a 15: VDO Dayton...Oh my lord does it rumble! and low?! struth mate it's incredible! I have sinced removed the remaining 2 15's out my wagon and installed this into it alone, amps happier battery is happier...but how can I stop my roof braces from vibrating so much? I have given up trying to stop so much rear hatch rattle and am now concentrating on roof braces.

Check all advice given with a meter

Nice job, oonikfraleyoo.  It doesn't look like you tapered your line though.  This will cause boominess and your tuning frequency to be off.

Yea I noticed it to be a litle boomy, but its actually still a very accurate design. That was just a test box to try the whole thing out, after the 6" sub design. This weekend Iam going for a ACI 10" and also a 12" Magnum Spl driver I sold to a friend. The 10" will be tuned around 24hz, and the 12" sub about 35hz. And these boxes will be  alot smaller than that 8" enclosure ( wich again, was just a tower sub enclosure)
