i am looking at us acoustics USG 3000d amplifier and i am getting answers that dont line up. what i want to know is if this amplifier is stable at one ohm or if the numbers at one ohm are theoretical.

Yea if the company lists a 1-ohm rating it means the amp is rated at that impedence.
