Has anyone had any experience with Orions MaxxBass or other Bass Processors?( www.orioncaraudio.com/signal/default.asp)
Does a Bass Processor enhance or detract from clean bass?
What are the pros and cons?

Processors like that one use a combination of EQ and digital synthesis to add +3 to +9db to the lowest octaves, generally below about 65Hz..  They are useful if you do not have a subwoofer capable of playing "real" bass in this range or if you are using sub-standard recordings like MP3's that have had the bass rolled off.  In a proper system, they generally add nothing more than mud and slop to the sound.
