Crimestopper CS-2016FM ?'s

On top of all that, the customer service is a 2 out of 10 at best. I've had to return my unit once to be repaired, and now have to send it back again. Unless you are a dealer, getting help from Crimestopper in a timely manner is nearly impossible.

I have sent a couple of emails to the tech department.  I haven't gotten any response yet...it has only been a couple of days though...has any one every sent a email to Crimestopper and gotten a response back?  Just wondering if I should hold my breathe...

I had a good response from crimestoppers tech support and returns department.  If I were you I would call them.  They almost always answered the phone and when I had to leave a message they returned my call within a couple of hours.  I felt like their response was way above the norm.  Their tech support extension is 201and their returns is 203...i think.  Good Luck.Alan
