I have installed the deluxe model 500 remote starter on my 98 plymouth voyager. I tried the schematic on your site but the locks still fail. I wired the unit up as follows: type "B" neg. trigger, BLU/WHT (unlock) with diode to a 250 ohm resistor then to the vehicle WHT/GRN then GRN/WHT (lock) with diode to a 1.5 K resistor to WHT/GRN vehicle. Locks do not function. The unit clicks, nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Reviewed the website schematic again and it shows:from alarm output to diode to resistor to WHT/GRN vehicle. The diode is in as diagramed. Two other wires from alarm go to vehicle grnd. I thought that by pushhing the lock/unlock button on transmitter would cause the alarm internal relay to supply the required grnd. Does not. I also metered the out put on mod. once the grnd wires are connected. They are labeled 30 to lock/unlock & 87 to grnd. Shouldn't the internal relay in mod. read an open between 30 & 87 while not energized? Once metered it reads continuity to grnd continuous.

You may have the wrong set-up. It should look like this. Try this set-up instead.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.Plymouth door locks - Last Post -- posted image.
