Pyle is a very low-end brand, one I like to call "flea-market" quality.  Thier sound quality is extremely poor, they have unacceptably high distortion and noise, and they are prone to early failure.  Plus they are one of the many brands who inflate their ratings, with "500 watt" amplifiers being actually able to produce more like 20 watts without clipping or distortion.  Hey, if it works for you, great.  But for a bit more money there are far, far better choices.

"I don't play games. I play Nakamichi and that for real yo" - Probably some japanese kid said this in the early 80's trying to sell stereo out of his trunk lol.

have you checked your fuses? have you checked with a DMM to see if there is power going to the PYLE unit? (i said pyle and unit just for you haemphyst)

make sure you check ALL fuses, sometimes the radio is tied in with other things like dome lights and horns, and if they are all good, and you test the wires with a DMM and all both power wires read voltage when they should and your ground is ok,,,,,, then pyle really lives up to their name. time for a new radio

hehe... He said "unit"...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
