Disarm No Unlock with ignition and Sentry Key
To disarm the factory alarm you need to "pulse" the ignition 1and 2  wires and the sentry key override module at the same time, before unlocking.  What type of RS unit are you putting in?

am-7 from directed electronics . so you have to send 12v to all this 3 wires at the same time when you unlock for the factory to disarm.
