Any tricks on getting new speaker wire through the rubber tube that bridges the gap between the door  and the car?

You have to take the door panel off and pull the rubber boot off from the door and the body so the rubber boot is dangling on the wires. You will be able to see light from outside when you do this ( from inside the cab ) and you can run new wires through the door and into the boot and then through the cab.
