is it possible to convert the fog lights on a 01 subaru impreza (bug eye) into angel eyes. for example get the rings and leds to fit inside the exsisting light units

Anything is possible it's just a matter of how good you are with fabrication.

careful, LEDs will melt if you put them near halogen bulbs
