On the rear speakers open the trunk. On the underside of the speakers there are 3 nuts holding the speak and grill assembly to the back deck may be 8mm? Unplug the speaker and remove the total of 6 nuts. Now go in the car and remove the rear speakers. On the rear speaker pods there are 3 or 4 screws on each pod remove and the the grill will come off and you then can remove the screws holding the speakers to the trim ring. For the dash speakers I think the grills just pop off.  Don't full remember how to take the door panels off. Most likely a few screws and mostly panel tabs holding it on.
