I've got a 1994 mazda mx-6, today i bought some neon lights, i got them installed and the switch, now i don't know where the best place to get power from can anyone help?

tap the blue wire coming out of the back of the ignition if you only want power when the key is on. or for a power, and make your own ground.or the BLACK/ blue wire from the back of the ignition if you want the switch to always have power.
