Here's the edited pic. Ya, I wasn't sure how much power was possible to flow through them. This is what you'd do with relays instead of diodes:

Power can't go back through. So you'd run a fused constant to the relays' 87 pins, ground the 85 pins, the positive off the alarm for the parking lights to the 86 pins, and the LED mirrors to one of the 30 pins, and the parking lights to the other 30 pin. Nothing will go back when your turnsignals regularly turn on. This is it. Nothing else needs to be done. Once you do this, you should in theory (sometimes sht happens) have no problems whatsoever. I gaurantee nothing, but this is how I would do it on my vehicle, if I'd do something like turnsignals on my mirrors.
