here's a question i wanted to know if u can make clifford 3.5 chirp when u remote start it. like some alarms they chirp first then start the car and then turn lights on . is there a way to do this

You can set a relay to do this..

try this.....85 (factory disarm wire off brain), 86 (12v constant), 30 (brown wire going to siren), 87 (12v+ constant), 87a (brown wire going to brain)  I have never tried this ....but this is one way to can try it.....also let me know how it works out...i would like to know myself 
Where theres is a wire there's a way.

Have done this in the past to a few customers cars.  It does work very well.  The chirp is a little long but hey it does work though.
