Those stay on because of the Acc. wires. There may be more than one or the wrong one is connected. I noticed on my 2002 Ram that when I go to turn the key to the off position if I turn it slow there is a point to where the radio shuts off and the two lights come on ABS/Brake but the engine is still running. My remote starter doesent have a problem but the acc wires is just an asumption.

I know that. I have done my fare share of dodge rams and not once did I run into this issue. This is why I am saying to just check the acc wires. What I said above was just something that I noticed one day when I was leaving my truck.

You can use a viper 456L self learning resister lock module to do the start/acc wires on that vehicle.
Otherwise 3 relays, one interupts the PURPLE / brown, one shows start resistance, the other shows acc resistance.
