I have a matrix alarm with a two way remote installed in my truck. I also have the glass break sensor installed on zone 4 (506t). I never really noticed before, but when i arm the alarm, i get a secondary chirp, which i assume is bypass notification. HOWEVER, i get no indication as to WHAT zone has a problem from my LCD remote. The only thing that is wierd is that immediately after arming, the LED in the truck flashes 4 times, pauses, flashes 4 times, pauses. It does this repeatedly for 60 seconds, then the light just flashes normally.
What does this mean? My audio sensor is not supposed to be active until 3 seconds after arming. Im at a loss and need help. No other lights or anything are on when i arm it either.
Ideas?

yes, HOWEVER, this is not the issue. Reason is, if i immediately get out of the truck, and arm, i get the bypass notification and the LCD on teh remote tells me that the door trigger is bypassed. So, this is why i didnt notice the symptom of my first post.
If i get out, and wait for all teh lights to go out, and then arm it, i still get teh bypass chirp, but no indication on my LCD remote about what zone. The only info i have is that the LED in teh car flasshes like i noted. It also does this for 60 seconds. Nothing in the manual says anything about 60 seconds.

OK, if i unplug the glass break sensor from the 'brain' i no longer get this problem. So, does this mean there is something wrong with the glass break sensor or what?

What do you mean 'isolate'?
I dont know if it matters, but i get the same problem whether i arm teh alarm normally or in 'silent' mode. It never gives me a response on my remote. The alarm just beeps a second time and the light flashes four times for 60 seconds.

Anyone have any idea why the glass sensor would trip bypass notification?
