I am buying an voltage control unit that is made by Alpine, what it does is it lower's the voltage that goes through RCA cables to the SUB AMP, so it almost works as a DB boost nob but the other way around. I need that thing because I am tried of jumping through my deck menus to get to Sub Db gain screen. So I was wonder if anyone of you heard about this thing, if its good and if you can please post a pic of it or a link to it.

So it's a gain knob and not a bass boost knob?? Sounds like the exact same thing the Phoenix Gold has called a LPL. If the Alpine amp has their remote gain knob plug into it by means of a regular phone plug, you could probabally use a LPL.

nope, u didnt understand what I wrote.

Its not a gain or anything nob. All it does is that is just lowers the voltage in RCA cable that goes from Deck to AMP. So it can be used on any system.

Sounds like just a simple attenuator, pretty common actually. If it is made by Alpine would it not be on there website?
