Is it OK to mount the Avic brian on top of the XM receiver box under the driver's seat?
Yes the Avic brain is pointed the correct way and level.

I have my xm box ontop of my brain under my passenger seat and it works fine.  I Got this done professionally.
2002 jeep liberty 3.7l
avic-n2 completely bypassed (no switches, just solder), gex-p10xmt, cd-vc1 voice rec., nd-bc1 rear view camera, cd-r5 remote
