I had this system installed about a month ago at best buy and for some reason now the remote will work on the car but when i lock or unlock the car or do any other commands on the car it will work but it wont show up on the lcd screen. The lcd screen will also read that i have no signal after i have just unlocked or locked the car. Can someone tell me whats up. How would i fix this problem? Thankyou

It sounds like a bad remote. that or the antenna. when a 2-way unit stops "2 waying" its usually the remote that is bad. Best Buy warranties there install for life so they will look at it for you for free.

But they won't warranty the remote right? They warranty the install...But yes they will probably diagnose what is the problem.

I agree; they've got issues with those 2-way responder sytems but they should last more than a month.
Life moves pretty fast; if you don't stop and look around once in a while; you could miss it.

actually you probably just need to re-synch the antenna... try unplugging the antenna cable from the antenna on the window for about 10 minutes and plug it back in and give it a try....   it's just like re-synching a modem.....
