I was wondering if anybody ever tried mixing in mdf sawdust as a thickener with the resin. Is there a reason why I shouldn't try that?

I have researched fiberglass a lot and that technique has come up a few times.  As others have mentioned, talc works just as well.

Where do I get talc? I am using foot powder right now, smells nice but I would rather it not be so minty.

Actually I was wondering about the fibreglass dust you get from sanding??? Also thought of adding it in with Bondo at certain stages, Like a FB Bondo. This any good as an idea?
