I have the RSIII and I also have the shocl sensor and the glass brake and I have the same problem that you have. If I close the door and arm right away I get a bypass sensor on my remote with a chirp but the car would not chirp. If I close the door wait like 5 seconds and arm the problem goes away, no bypass.
