Recheck your tach circuit and make sure you have programmed it. Make sure your ground is into the chassis and you have got main power from the thick orange wire in a connector high up in the driver's end of the dash. The ignition wire is WHITE/ green and the accessory wire is WHITE/ red. Recheck the resistance reading from your ignition switch and make sure your resistor is exact.

What relays? What are you using for a bypass?

Recheck your wiring for the relays. If the vehicle doesn't see the accessory wire drop out during start and the correct resistor value during crank the heater won't work even though the accessory wire has power. There is an intermittent problem in the H3's that won't allow anyone's bypass to work. You must use relays and a resistor.

For the PLDATAIV did you make sure that you connected the YELLOW/BLACK wire to the Hummer's ACC wire at the ignition switch ? Also, make sure that the ground out when running wire has a (-) trigger on it when remote started.
Did you get the proper light flashes from the module to let you know that the module successfully learned the Passlock code ?
