I need to know if there is a way to charge this cap other then the bulb that was sent with it. the reason I ask is because the bulb was broken durning that great hurrican wilma and I need to recharge my cap. Does anybody know a way I can do this with out that bulb.

Use a standard 10 watt 20 ohm power resistor.  It can get hot so don't hold it with your hand.

I just use a test light.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Run the test light in series with the power wire. Just like you would do with the charge lamp that came with the cap.
