i put a pair of rockford 20s in my eclipse the other day they kick the battery's ass. i was wondering whats the easiest way to fix this. ive been told to recoil my alternator get a secondary battery or upgrade my main, get a power cap ect,any ideas would help

need to know the info on your setup I.E.... car make and year, amp used subwoofer used, without this info nobody can help you

Read the stickies above entitled BIG 3 and what is a proper ground. Next up is a bigger battery, not an Optima, use Exide Orbital or Kinetik. Finally a high output alternator if all the other options do not do the job.
