i dont know how many of you have used them but they are really one of the worst products ive ever seen released. Durring our JL training they said it would make up for missing frequancies, but it really doesnt unless you have like 95% there. in cases like a BMW, VW, or anything with split frequancies comming out of the factory amp you still end up using hi-lows to safely sum the two frequancies together so you can then run it into the cleansweep. screw that its garbage. the damn thing doesnt even have a sub out.

JL just came out with a box that sums crossed over speaker leads together, before that you had to use Audiocontrols version. The clean sweep needs this in that type of application or yes, it does sound like junk. As for the sub level control, taking the buffered line output RCAs from your 4 channell amp and adding an RBC works great.
There is no such thing as free installation!
