Kinetik power cells are nice, I have installed a few with great results. The down side is if your willing to shell out $200 (HC600) for one of these, your better off getting a the alternator upgrade. Any knid of storage device is a temporary fix to a permanent problem-your charging system can't keep up with demand.

I am either gonna order a batcap 800, or a kintetik hc 600. Which would say would perform better. I was reading the batcap installation instructions and I seen that they say you have to run the ground from the battery. Is this right? does anyone know if the kintetik is the same situation? I have tried six HO alt places and not one makes a alternator for my vehicle. I am checking into getting my stock one redone

No you don't HAVE to run the ground from the battery...Guess is that they say this so you don't mess it up and for sure have a good ground.
Plus it is just a waste of money and wire to ground it to the battery.

So is everyone saying that the batcap is a better choice then the kintetik battery?

I'd go kinetik.
