I have a 06 xB special release 3.0

It came with a factory alarm, and it is causing a problem with my Viper 791.

Everything works perfect EXCEPT the remote start. When I arm the alarm, it does everything it is supposed to, and also arms the factory alarm.  Remote starting starts ythe car no problem, but the factory alarm gets triggered.  Being that the unlock & disarm wire are one in the same, how do I get the factory alarm disarmed without unlocking the doors?

If I disarm the alarm, rs it, and then rearm the alarm it works fine. But every time I forget to do that & just rs it, the damn horn starts honking.

I am out of ideas, anyone else have this issue?

Unless it raises the hair on the back of your neck, its only noise!

Use the Viper's status output to ground the Toyota's keysense wire during remote start.
