Looks like the project is coming along nicely, cant wait to see it finished. Also, what power window kit are you gonna use b/c i was gonna do something similiar. But i want to do the power windows first, then i can incorporate the switches into the door panel i create.

The kit is an A.E.I. Universal power window kit.  It came with everything needed.  No need to buy anything else.  Came with motors, mounts, screws, wires, and switches.  Instructions were a little vauge but it was pretty straight forward and installation was a breeze.  Took me around 5-6 hours.  I plan on popping the switches out and cutting holes to fit in my new panels when I am done.  Very nice switches btw, they are backlit green.  There are probably better kits out there, but I was not about to spend $300+ for a kit.  When I picked this one up for half the price.  I still need some tweaking on the rear windows though, but I haven't gotten around to it but now that the panel is off I can easily do it.

Not to throw the thread all off topic or anything, but where did you pick up your kit.

Much appreciated

What percentage complete are you on the whole project?
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.
When you do not know what you are doing and what you are doing is the best -- that is inspiration.
