I wanted to make puddle lights for my 98 corolla that turn on once my alarm deactivates.  I was considering either having them on the bottom of the mirrors like the Ford Explorers or on my side skirts like on the Suburu Tribeca.  Can you guys help me with this project?

yeah, just put the light where you want it.. attach a constant +12volt to it, and tie the ground to the alarm's domelight supervision (with a relay of course)

not knowing your level of experience, i'm just kinda assuming here.. but if you need further info/explanation let me know

1999 Honda Accord: Use the door trigger. BLACK/ White wire found at the passenger side fuse box. It's found with a 4-pin green connector.

2002 Toyota Camry: We could not get the exact wire for your vehicle. Our recommendation would be to find the domelight wires (byr removing the dome light and test the wire. Your domelight supervision will change signal when you unlock the car.
