I just aquired a rf t3002  power amp. It came with the bass knob, but no cable. My question is can I use a standard network cable? According to rf site the cable is a non flipped 8 pin cable. If I understand this correctly I would not have to cross any wires as in a cross over cable. Am I correct in thinking this was or not?

That should be right. As long as you are wired "straight through", it'll work.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
