I think what he means is once he took the staples out it came off ..also for the top panelif your only using it for looks the fleece should be plenty strong enuff especially after you get your filler on there .

THOUGH is the port facing the rear of the car ? cause that box is REALLY close to the rear wall I dont there is enuff room between panel and port . and if that panel is covering tthe hatch I dont think it will be as loud as you think its gonna be .
