I'm looking for some advice on building a box for this thing that fits snug all the way into the back of my trunk. I have a single old school RE SX 12" and a hifonics 1605d amp pushing 1100 watts to it at 2ohms in a 93 caprice classic. I'm looking for a SQL setup that hits deep.

RE offers what they reccomend for SQL boxes, as well as SQ and SPL boxes, for their drivers on their website.

Lol...its for people who want to be cool...JL Audio actually once called their W7 line of woofers "SQL" woofers haha
Also one note...if there is such a thing as "SQL"...why aren't there any "SQL" competitions???
If "sq" stands for "sound quality" and "spl" stands for "sound pressure level"...what does "sql" stand for?? "sound quality level", "super queer level", "sonic quantum levity"???

Well I am afraid just because people say doesn't justify it as actually having meaning, people say many things. If they eat poop, will you?
