I have a customer with a 1997 Range Rover and I am installing a Autopage 727 Alarm/Starter and for some reason my ign wire cranks the starter after a few seconds. The only problem is that it keeps it engaged when your giving neg to the wire. I guess you can call this truck a nightmare. In the process of trying to figure this out I now have the Check engine and Airbag light blinking. I tried to reset by disconnecting the batt for about 5mins but it didn't work. If anyone has done a remote start on this truck please let me know if there is a trick or something. I will be finishing the truck on Monday. Almost 25 remote starts since dec. 1 and this one has me going crazy.

Thanks

Has anyone even done a remote start on this truck? Wiring says everything is neg but I just can't figure out why the ign wire also cranks the starter?
