06 civic tach wire

i need help i'm installing a crimestopper cs2016 into a 06 civic but i can't figure out the tach wire setup it said dont use the BLACK/ white, black, or yellow/black. i used a wire off the fuel injector but  it didn't work. anyone has any idea what wire to use and color and location

hi it should be a blue wire down beside batt in a 1 wire plug taped to a harness beside batt using an injextor will cause r/S not to work properly

You CAN use any of 4 wires found at ANY of the individual coils...they are 1 cylinder signals.

YELLOW /GREEN, WHITE/ blue, blue/red, or brown......

if you want to use an injector it should be the odd color not the common color of the injectors.

if you can find the blue wire in a black plug grab that.
