Id like to say Hello to everyone as I am new to this Forum.

I will be attempting my first remote start onto my personal vevicle (99 Nissan Altima) and hope I can ask those of you with more expertise for some install tech info.

I recently purchased an Ultra Start U-1270TL Remote Start System and am having trouble with the wiring diagram that came with it, its very vague.

Can anyone lead me into the right direction as to where I can acquire a more thorough wiring diagram, Ive gotten no replies back from where I purchased it from and Im eager to install it ASAP.

Thanks To all Who Respond

Im looking at the supplied manual and trying to figure out the wiring for the 14 pin connector. The manual is only showing only 6 wires of the 14 that are required.Im going to attempt to go directly to there website and see if I can get further info. I will keep everyone posted, as Im sure I will still need some tech info.

Hello Everyone,

I began installing my remote start this weekend and please pardon my ignorance but I have a few questions for those of you who have done it. First of all its an UltraStart U-1270-TL going into a 99 Nissan Altima

The wiring diagram that was supplied says to isolate the BLACK/ pink wire from the keyswitch with the accessory relay. I read the document 1077 and I understand how the install goes.My question is the wire that goes to the accessory from the contol module is a white 30 amp/relayed output.Does this mean that I do not need to install a relay according to doc 1077 since this control module has its own built in relay???

According to the manual, this wire  has  a selectable output and there are 3 jumper terminals on the control box.

1. Second Starter

2. Second Accessory

3. Second Ignition

Do I procceed to hook this wire to the BLACK/ pink as stated on my diagram? And what setting should I use?

Lastly where can I easily hook the tach wire to, I cant find the 18 pin conn on the pass side kick panel as I was told.

Thanks to all for youe help.

The reason for the relay is not to power the wire it is to isolate the key switch from the rs acc wire. The tach is WHITE/ black at  6 pin plug at distributor.

So what you are saying is that I will need to to the Doc 1077.So will the green wire from my control module go to the relay. According to the manual this is the wire that goes to the heater/acc ouput. My diagram is showing a second accessory wire.
