Did you read all 22 reviews on it? Seems like most had at least something bad to say about it. And not just that they didn't like something, more like something didn't work. Of course I don't know enough about that tv and price to say whether it's worth taking a gamble on.

As for newegg I've ordered from them they are great.

let me rephrase this here: Is there any decent 32 or 37 inch flat panel lcd tvs for anywhere between $400.00 to $900? I am looking for something that has a great picture, adn i am not concerned at all about sound (Got a great home theater system). I just want a great picture with lots of inputs of many types, and preferrably a VGA input also. Here are some I've been interested in:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16889022031&ATT=89-022-031&CMP=OTC-Froogle

These two are the ones I'm most interested in:

I look forward to your input, and thanks in advance for any and all help!

The answer to your question is no. You can not get a decent LCD for 400-1000 dollars. Not for a 32in.
For a decent 32 inch LCD you might be looking into spend a bit more. More like 1200-1400 dollars. But thats with 780p not 1080i. Well the market is dropping doodie maybe you can?! Last time i looked best buy had some good deals. Get a 32inch LCD LRG screen for like 1000. which was 780p but still a good price. so i guess yeah your right. nothing for 400 though. that'll be doodie.

Well this is a 27" but i have a 32" version of this TV. http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductReview.aspx?Item=N82E16889022042
Its a Good looking picture for HD and normal tv, however use a surround sound(Because the speakers sux) and the remote is worthless. But for the price it can't be beat.
