brahma vs idmax

I did a search and couldn't find any real straight comparisons. I've had both in the past and am going to buy two new 12" drivers, and I've pretty much come to the conclusion of either a Brahma or IDMAX. Honestly I don't know which I personally liked better after owning one of each, BUT I'm wondering if either would sound better with my setup as of now... I've got two 12" custom fiberglass enclosures that are about 1.2-1.3 cubic feet each that I made about a month back. I'm looking for a clean sound but that will also get pretty loud, which both of these drivers will definitely do. Also what kind of amp would be prime for pushing either of these woofers? Price isn't a huge factor as I've been looking into one or maybe two JL 1000/1's, depending on what the subs can handle. Any input would be great.

Never had any experience with either driver. But I would take the Brahma over the IDMAX any day

Good luck trying to get a hold of Adire if you ever need any customer service. I have seen posts on other forums about people waiting nearly a year for recones. Some people waited so long they gave up and just had a broken sub sent back rather than wait, and other people never got anything back. Try for yourself and call them or send an email. They usually don't answer their phones or return emails. I'd pick Image Dynamics any day over Adire based on that alone.
