hi im new to this fourm can anyone help ? ive got a 2001 vw passat i recently bought a full set of led/neon lights for my car but have problems fitting as this is my first time trying to fit these i would love to know if anyone would know where i run the lights from the neons from under the car to the inside of the car ? please help and thanks !

First place that comes to mind is the fron fenderwells, you should be able to pass the wires through a grommet into the body from there.
