aux fuse panel powering option?

I know that there have been other topics like this but they dont seem to ask exactly what im looking for, im trying to run an aux fuse pannel to add accessories without my ignition harness looking like a cluster of wires. the fuse pannel can handel 80 amps, and i was to find a way to run it as switched power. i was thinking about using 2 40 amp relays together but then there is the worry about one failing. is there any 80 amp relays out there? are there any devices like a circuit breaker with a remote turn on wire? anyone have any other suggestions?
