first few fiberglass projects

Im 16 and have been working with fiberglass for a few months now, but i seem to keep runing into the same problems. i always get small pin holes,and waves in the glass. im thinking that im sanding down the bondo to much what makes the wave. Hopefuly someone can direct the right direction.

How do you calculate port sizes in fiberglass enclosures? I have an F150 and building the enclosure for three w6 woofers. now the problem (if it is a problem) is i have two woofers underneath the back bench seat and one woofer that T's to the center console. So basically the center console runs right into the enclosure underneath the seat, making a T form enclosure. I made it this way so the woofers use this as one big camber of airspace. I would like to make it ported if i could but i don't know where the port would go  and how long the port needs to be. any help would be great!

10 inch woofers , I don't know about the air space. Probably around 3.cuft I'll try to post pics of it.

I would use a 4" diameter circular port with a flares on each end. My calculations suggest using a 10" long port (doesn't have to be straight, it can be bent) This is tuned for about 29Hz and will peak at about 50Hz.

As for location, again pictures would be very helpful, but I would place it as in-between the subs as possible but still keep it fully open. (ie imagine a triangle drawn from the centers of the subs. Then as close to the middle of the triangle that is still fully exposed.

The size of the enclosure is about right to be worked with as a ported enclosure (maybe even a little on the larger side if it is 3cf)... The response curve may be a little funny but without seeing it and testing, I can't be for sure.
