Whats the best bit and/or router to use on plexi?  I usually use a Rotozip on the thinner stuff, but I'm working on a project and I need to rout some circles out of 1" and  2" plex.  I believe I saw a bit on Selects web site, but I want a second opinion before I buy.

There are actual bits made specifically for plastics. They cost about $40 for the bits. If you are strapped for cash or have a hard time finding one, use at least a 3-flute spiral cut (down cut if router, upcut if router table) bit. It won't make as polished a cut as the plastic cutter, but nothing some sanding and polish can't handle...

I use a rotozip too, but I made sure I got a hold of the larger stiffer base for it. For the MOST part, your choice of router for this project will determin clarity really.
