Installed a Python remote start alarm into a 2007 Avalon.

Once the car is running under remote start, if you unlock the doors, you cannot relock the doors with the new remote once the car has been unlocked. Anybody seen this?

Are you sure you are using the correct lock wires?

Power Lock	black to brown	-	driver kick, 20 pin plug, pin 9
Notes: Meter this wire while turning the key in the driver door key cylinder.
Power Unlock	gray to purple (double pulse)	-	driver kick, 20 pin plug, pin 19

If you are using a ground while running output to the keysense wire to disarm factory security, then this is a normal condition...use a FAD pulse and you will disarm the alarm and door locks will function normally

HUH? no it isn't, the locks will still work on a 1400 if you remote start IF you are using the lock pulses described above. They are not lock switch wires, they are from the drivers key cylinder and still operate the locks. Did one yesterday...

new toyota will not let you lock the door with the key in ign with the remote on if you hook up keysense wire body control thing the key it in ign that y you can lock the door i hope this work for you if yet let me know

That's only the factory remote. Aftermarket keyless entry will still work...
