if i wire 2 svc (4 ohm)subs in series i get an 8 ohm load. now the amp i got runs 4 ohm or 2 ohm loads and i havent seen an amp that specs an 8 ohm load can i still us this amp at that load

A solid state amplifier lists the minimum impedance it can sustain.  Any higher impedance load is OK, it will produce less power output but generally it will do so with much lower distortion.  An 8-ohm load will not harm your amp.

You should be fine bridging an 8 ohm load.  The amplifier will effectively "see" a 4-ohm load unless it's a mono amp.
