jumbled wires, 89 ford f-150

Okay, I have a '89 Ford F-150 and i'm redoing the whole interior.. So.. I got a new head unit the other day and I got a harness converter and all that.. But before I was smart enough to do that I took the wires out of the harness... So now I have all my wires mixed and jumbled up.. Is there any possible way I can find out which wire goes where? I've tried a few manuals with no luck.. Since almost every year Ford changes colors and all that which is very stupid.. And yes it was a very stupid move on my part, this is the first audio job i've done. Any help would be very appreciated. Sorry if this is in the wrong section..

You could also re-wire it. It would probably be nicer in the long run if you are redoing the whole interior, might as well have it be awesome! :-)99 Blazer LT.   Yellow Top. Big 3.
