How difficult would it be to put the Pioneer DEH-P77DH into a 2006 Civic LX sedan?  I already have the head unit.  It used to be in our old Plymouth Grand Voyager.  I know it's an odd shape, being made to fit "exactly" into the Chrysler's dash opening.  I have the parts to put in an aftermarket head unit into the Civic, from CollegeHillsHonda.com (navi dash piece, etc).  Is this going to be a lot of trouble or with the Civic's sizeable opening can I make it work relatively easily?

Thanks to all the pros out there that know way more than I ever will....

Jeff

The dash kit parts that are available for the 06 civic allow for the installing of a single din, or a double din. Your Pioneer is 1.5 din. It will require some clever install tecniques (I don't know how to spell) It's not going to be a walk in the park!

those radios are also wider than a standard Din opening,   i dont think that radio is worth the hassle it would take to fit it into the car properly.
