Hey does anyone know how to wire-up an LED to blink when the key is off?

My friend doesn't have the money to sink into an alarm and this is what he wants. I figured if anybody has the knowledge to do it, its you guys!

BTW, I know its ghetto, you know its ghetto, and my boy knows its ghetto, lets not make a big deal out of itkey off, blinking light? - Last Post -- posted image.

Go to radio shack and purchase a   12Volt Flashing LED.  Go to your local stereo shop and purchase a Bosch Relay.    On the relay connect terminal 85 to ground.  86 to a switched power source.  Terminal 30 to a Constant 12Volt source.    Terminal 87A goes to the positive side of the LED.  Ground the other side of the LED.
