hello everybody please help me if you can  i'm working on a 05 bmw x5  the car has 2 spot on rear  where i can mount  a 10 inch woofer

which i did i only use the left side but the sound is not good it only vibrate the bass is very bad i put a peace of board on the back of cover to make stronger .

trying to find out how can i insulate so i can get a good sound or make any box   please respond asap thanks

Dynamat will help elimiate the vibration and increase db's.

the thing is there are some wires and the factory amp is below  i was thinking if there is way insulate bettter

or making a box in the hole in there

Get the JL stealth box for that vehicle. It would be cheaper, cleaner and vibrate less then something that has to be custom built.
There is no such thing as free installation!

i'm in fort washington md i just open a shop but i know that jl only sells it to authorized dealers

That is correct, you need to get it from a JL dealer. I was only suggesting it because by the time you pull down the panel and make a fiberglass enclosure you probibly will spend more on time and materials then the Stealth Box would cost. Bite the bullet on the box and make money on the rest of the job.

Congrats on your new store. Hope it's a success.
